Welcome to a free self-paced course on the employment requirements in Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including the revisions in the ADA Amendments Act of 2008.

Continuing Education Credits

This course has been approved for 2.5 general recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute and 2.5 clock hour credits from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC).
