Polly Englot is a Master of Public Policy student at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy. She has a BA in geography with minors in Arabic and French from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania. Prior to graduate school, Polly worked for an international public health nonprofit and an anti-hunger charity in New York. She believes in policymaking that centers the needs of marginalized groups and where those who will be impacted are meaningfully engaged in the design process. In her free time, she loves to cook, explore new restaurants, and spend as much time outside as possible.
