If you have ever been at an MBTA station and had to call an MBTA employee for assistance or needed to ask for information while on an MBTA platform, we would like to invite you to participate in our upcoming research survey.
We are doing this survey: (1) to learn about the experience of MBTA customers who have used or tried to use a Call Box at an MBTA station to ask for assistance, and, (2) to learn about how people may be using the information and emergency services provided by the MBTA, specifically the Call Boxes at platforms.
For this research study, participants will be asked to complete a survey on these topics and will be paid $50.00 for their time.
We are looking for individuals who:
- are MBTA customers with experience taking public transportation
- have a functional limitation/disability/health condition
- live in Mattapan, Dorchester, Roxbury, or Boston
