Case Studies on Reasonable Accommodations for Workers with Psychiatric Disabilities

The purpose of this study is to document the employment experiences of 10 workers with psychiatric disabilities, including their use of workplace accommodations. Information was gathered through in-depth, face-to-face interviews of the workers and their supervisors.
