Isabelle is fourth year undergraduate at Northeastern University studying Experience Design and Mechanical Engineering. As a Queens raised and Long Island native, she values accessible urban communities and the interdisciplinary design needed to create them. Through her education, she was exposed to disability studies and both the urgent and innovative needs and solutions born from the field. At IHCD, she hopes to expand how access might take shape, in the physical, digital, financial, social and more. On campus she helps direct a club that produces a local pop-up art exhibition, and also contributes to Northeastern’s student design collective, Scout. In her free time, you can find Isabelle in the gym lifting weights, sketching at a cafe, or belting some songs in the karaoke booth.Â
