Vermont Pedestrian and Bicycle Facility Planning and Design Manual:

This design manual is the product of a four year effort, developed with the assistance of a project steering committee and involving extensive input from agency staff the Federal Highway Administration, the general public sonf the states twelve regional planning commissions and the metropolitan planning organization. The Manual will guide the planning, design and maintenance of bicycle and pedestrian transportation facilities in Vermont into the future.
