Kate McKown is a technical writing intern for the Institute of Human Centered Design. Originally from Chicago, she is a senior studying public health at The George Washington University, concentrating in statistics and public policy. Growing up with an invisible chronic illness and a very active family, Kate comes with a great understanding of the scope and need for accessibility reform and the drive to help make it happen
