Kathy provides ADA training for which she has earned a national reputation. She assures quality control for the provision of technical assistance and information dissemination at the New England ADA Center. Kathy has expertise in all titles of the ADA, Sections 501, 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board regulations, the federal Fair Housing Act and related state disability rights laws concerning employment, public accommodations and housing. In addition to in-person trainings she develops ADA guidance material and web courses. Kathy was director of training for the ADA National Access for Public Schools Project. At the Massachusetts Office on Disability she was assistant director for community service.
