Access to Recreation: a Report on the National Hearing on Recreation for Handicapped Persons

This report contains the information provided at the national hearing. Included are abstracts of individual testimony, an analysis of the testimony, and recommendations, based on the testimony, that are essential to enhancing recreational opportunities for handicapped people. It is hoped that this report will lead to a national commitment ro increasing the recreational opportunities of handicapped Americans.
