Assessing & Enhancing the Quality of Human Services: a Guide for the Human Services Field (Executive Summary)

This brief report summarised the findings of a project funded by the Office of Human Development Services (OHDS) of the Department of Health and Human Services, analysing the shortcomings of current quality assurance approaches, the state of the art in quality assurance and examples of innovative methods currently in practice around the world, and how to put these methods to use systematically.
