Designing with Care: A Guide to Adaptation of the Built Environment for Disabled persons

This guide has been prepared as a result of the implementation of the Plan of Action of the International Year of Disabled Persons, which calls for the preparation of a series of Manuals covering different aspects of barrier free environment for disabled persons.
