Guidelines for Studies of Building Projects Prepared for State Agencies, Building Authorities, and Counties

This document provides guidelines for the preparation of studies and programs for building projects by state agencies, counties and building authorities. Chapter 579, Acts of 1980, requires the division of Capital Planning and Operations (DCPO) to establish these guidelines and to supervise the preparation of studies and programs.
