Obstacles Limiting the Access of Disabled Children to Rehabilitation Services and Education

This study is focused with the obstacles that handicapped children face during their growth, particularly in achieving the basic individual human and social rights set forth in a number of United Nations declarations and resolutions, in particular, the Declaration of the Rights of the Child.
