Solutions for Problems of Visually Impaired Users of Rail Rapid Transit

This report describes the results of a project to study improved communications with the visually impaired in rail rapid transit systems, to analyse the problems visually impaired people encounter as they attempt to utilise rapid rail, to identify strategies for remediating these problems, and to suggest methods for communicating with the visually impaired.
