Standards for Residential Facilities for the Mentally Retarded

This book offers to guide to administrators and staffs of residential facilities in upgrading programs, to encourage the continuous self appraisal of such programs, to inform members of the various professions that provide service to the mentally retarded, to assist agencies planning and developing systems of residential services, to provide concrete information for legislators, consumers, and the general public, and to serve as a basis for the evaluation and accreditation of residential facilities.
