Study of Man-Machine Communications Systems for the Handicapped

This report describes educational, instructional, and evaluative activities conducted at Cybernetics Research Institute. The purpose of this program is to evaluate man-machine communications systems and appropriate instructional procedures for facilitating the education of handicapped persons.
