Training Center Design Manual

This document intends to express the policies of the State of Ohio regarding training center design and the process for achieving State funding. It is not an iron-fisted rule book, but rather seeks to bring the design of training centers to the highest level of quality possible, making best use of current knowledge and resources. BOOK I: TRAINING CENTER COMPONENTS presents research and design criteria for the main constituent parts of a training center. BOOK II presents an analysis of steps involved in the design process.
