John P. Eberhard Student Design Competition

In recognition of the 20th anniversary of the Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture, ANFA will host a design competition honoring one of its key founding members and IHCD champion, John P. Eberhard, FAIA. The goal of the competition is to create greater interest and understanding of the relationship between neuroscience and architecture.

Eligible applicants are:

  • Graduate/undergraduate students currently enrolled in architecture or interior design programs at colleges or universities.
  • Graduate/undergraduate students specifically enrolled in neuroscience programs.
  • Students from extension programs affiliated with architecture, interior design, or neuroscience programs.

The aim of is to foster a dynamic conversation between neuroscience and architecture as well as to enhance neuroscience knowledge in architecture.
